Through a Neocities site called Six Eyes! I saw your button in the links tab ^^
What's your favorite color? Or number? Or animal?:
I love the colors yellow, teal, coral and neon green. Fave numbers are 15 and 51, and birds will forever be my true favorite animals. Lizards are cool tho.

Did you know that for vibrant colors to truly pop, you actually need to use darker values around them? Just using the neons is capable of dulling the effect on an illustration :]
Hellooo- I had a pit stop on your site, and loved the cozy vibes a lot <3 It's also refreshing to see a site that feels very upbeat and friendly, we need more of that joy out there!

hey your grab my stuff page doesn't work (to jump between the pages) and theres no link to the source code. any way that can be posted? love the setup of your site and would love to have the base of it (with the subsections) to use as the base of mine

Heyo, thank you for writing in!
The page seems to be working as intended on my end (clicking on "index page", for example, links to https://ray-of-sunshine.net/main-site/txt-pages/index.html.txt , a text version of the html file of that page).
I should overhaul that page however - since then, I've moved to github pages, so now all my website is hosted on github. A cool benefit of that is that everyone is free to sift through all of the files, since the repo is public. Feel free to download any html/css/js files that might help you as a base there. https://github.com/clorofolle/ray-of-sunshine.net . I'd love to see what you come up with in the future if you'd like to share, I'm thrilled you like my setup! Also, feel free to reach out if you need a hand with something specific. Have fun!

Oh, another thing: about your stance on AI bullshit, as a programmer I also profoundly despise it! I do a lot of open source development using libre licenses (corpos can't steal my shit unless they release derivates under the same license) and AI is just a libre software recycling machine! I see a lot of programmers using or even praising AI, let me tell you: those people don't know what they're doing, and shouldn't be considered programmers. It's fine not knowing something, but stealing other people's work (donated publicly for free!) without respecting the license is just an asshole move.

I'm not a programmer so there are many things I wonder about, it's hard for me to put myself in your shoes and fully understand your pov, but I would very much like to. Is the main issue attribution? The fact that code meant for non-commercial use gets used commercially? Do you think this is as much of an issue in web designing as it is in other areas of coding / are some sectors being more damaged than others?
